ZenPet — for iPhone and iPad
Your phone is loud.
Your mind doesn't have to be.
A gentle companion that helps you step away from endless scrolling and return to yourself.
No goals to hit, no streaks to keep — just a quiet place that's always there.

The problem
You already know
you're scrolling too much.
What you're missing isn't a warning or a chart. It's somewhere else to be.
Most digital wellbeing tools work by watching you — counting your minutes, locking your apps, showing you how you failed. They turn rest into another thing to be measured.
ZenPet doesn't watch your screen time and doesn't ask where you've been. It simply gives you somewhere else to be.
Your companion
A small companion
with a peaceful heart.
Talk to it anytime. Every conversation happens entirely on your device and is never sent anywhere, so your private thoughts stay yours. No judgment, no feed, no noise. Just a quiet friend who listens.
Chat requires iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence — iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 or later, or iPad with M1 or later.
Breathe
Over 60 seconds,
15 breaths become 6.
Touch the spirit and breathe together. Your rhythm slows toward your body's natural resonance. Short enough for a busy day, deep enough to matter.
Sound
Choose what you sit with.
Rain, wind, ocean waves, fire. Layer the sounds you want and decide the texture of your own quiet.
Your pet
Pick a colour. Make it yours.
Four colours to choose from. However you set it, it keeps breathing with you.
Over time
Sit with it often enough,
and small lights appear.
Spend time with your pet, and small lights find their way to the ground beneath it. Nothing hurries you, and nothing is taken away when you're gone.
By design
Nothing leaves your phone.
No account. No sign-up. No ads. No tracking, no analytics, no servers. ZenPet works in airplane mode. Your conversations are stored only on your device and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
This isn't a privacy policy layered on top of a normal app. There is no server to send anything to.
Before you download
Three things worth knowing.
The conversations need iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on — iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 or later, iPad with M1 or later, or iPad mini (A17 Pro). On other devices you can still use breathing, ambient sounds and your pet — but not the chat.
ZenPet is a large download — about 2 GB — because its on-device models are built into the app. No further downloads are needed after installation, and it works completely offline, forever. Wi-Fi recommended.
